The a la carte of our hotel’s restaurant allows each guest to embark upon a culinary journey, with emphasis on the Greek cuisine and the superior Epirus ingredients. Our wine list is comprised by labels of Greek vineyards, with a focus on the local Epirus varieties. With the signature of chef George Zoumpourlis, you must try dishes such as traditional trout with roasted almonds, sauteed prawns with an Ouzo and fennel sauce, Manouri cheese of Epirus with marinaded figs.
