These terms and conditions shall form the basis of our agreement with you and with all adult and/or minor persons involved in your reservation. You agree that, by making this reservation, you are bound by these terms and conditions, which form an integral part of our agreement.
1. Use of the Website
1.1. Hotel Du Lac Congress Center & Spa is the legitimate owner and operator of this Website and has a right to make changes, corrections and amendments or suspend / terminate any functionalities of this Website any time.
1.2. The operator offers no warranties and assumes no obligation, whether explicit or tacit, with respect to this Website or with respect to any information, service(s) or product(s) that are made available through this Website.
1.3. Hotel Du Lac Congress Center & Spa shall bear no liability whatsoever for any loss or damage of any kind, arising from or in connection with the display or use of the Website or its content, as a result of any inaccuracy, error, omission or any other cause originating from the hotel's authorised employees / legal representatives or from any other person or entity.
2. Prices and Charges
2.1. Users must review carefully the information displayed on the Website, before entering any type of agreement with us. Availability, pricing and cancellation information applies to each individual room reservation. You should review room rates carefully before making an online reservation. Special offers may be subject to additional cancellation terms and conditions, relevant to each respective offer. Hotel Du Lac Congress Center & Spa encourages users to review the details of their reservations carefully before completing their online reservation.
2.2. Each reservation is subject to particular terms and conditions, in terms of the number of guests that may be accommodated in each room. You are kindly advised to review those terms and conditions before completing your online reservation.
2.3. All charges must be thoroughly settled no later than your departure.
3. VAT and other taxes
3.1. VAT and other taxes are included in the room charge. Meals are only included in the room charge if this is expressly stated. Hotel Du Lac Congress Center & Spa reserves the right to periodically review the charges of the services offered. You will be informed of any increase in the applicable charge rates at the time of your reservation. 4. Reservations
4.1 All reservations are subject to availability, as same applies at the time the reservation is made. In certain situations, availability information is provided by phone.
4.2 To secure your reservation, you are required to effect payment. Payments are only effected by credit or debit card at the time the reservation is made.
4.3 Save as otherwise provided, you may cancel your reservation by conducting us by email (info@hoteldulac.gr) or phone (+30 26510 59100).
4.4 In the remote situation of overbooking, we will try to provide alternative accommodation free of charge. Where this is impossible or where alternative accommodation is not required, we will cancel your reservation and refund you with the entire amount paid for the room, by crediting the credit/debit card you have registered at the time you made your reservation.
5. General Information
5.1. We make all reasonable efforts to complete reservations as efficiently as possible, taking due account of any information supplied by the Website users. However, we reserve the right to provide alternative services of essentially equivalent standard, free of charge.
5.2. Customers have no right to assign their reservations to third parties or use our facilities for any purpose other than their accommodation.
5.3. We reserve the right to apply extra charges on customers in respect of any goods or services requested during their accommodation or created by the customers.
5.4. Although Hotel Du Lac Congress Center & Spa takes all steps necessary to ensure the accuracy of all information displayed on our brochures, invoices, advertisements and website, we reserve the right to modify, replace or withdraw any services, amenities or facilitations offered to our customers, where this is considered imperative, without prior notice to our customers/users.
5.5. Notwithstanding these terms and conditions, Hotel Du Lac Congress Center & Spa shall bear no liability whatsoever if it fails to perform any obligations towards its customers, where this arises, in whole or in part, as a result of any of the following situations:
- Strike
- Industrial actions
- Association/Union Protests
- Fire at or near the hotel’s facilities
- Flooding at or near the hotel’s facilities
- Civil disorder, unrest or commotion
- Terrorist act or attempted terrorist act
- Force Majeure
Implementation of legal measures against the hotel, arising otherwise than from our own negligence, as long as it prevents or hinders the smooth supply of our services.
Customers who fail to check in at the hotel will be charged 100% of the total value of their reservation, which is debited to the credit/debit card registered during their reservation. The users of this Website hereby consent explicitly and unconditionally to such debit transaction and acknowledge same as fair and reasonable, in light of the purpose sought.
5.6. Hotel Du Lac Congress Center & Spa may at its free discretion cancel a reservation, if any or all of the hotel’s facilities remain(s) closed for reasons evading our control (force majeure, extreme weather conditions etc.).
6. Special Requests/Requirements
6.1. Any special requests or requirements must be submitted in writing in advance. Hotel Du Lac Congress Center & Spa does not represent or warrant that such requests will be effectively addressed.
7. Disclaimer
7.1. Hotel Du Lac Congress Center & Spa shall not try to evade or limit liability in the case of death or personal injury arising as a result of our negligence. However, we shall bear no liability for any acts and/or omissions of our independent suppliers and their agents.
7.2. Customers agree that Hotel Du Lac Congress Center & Spa shall not be liable in case of theft, damage or health impairment caused to any guests, agents, representatives or persons accommodated at the hotel, nor assumes liability for any financial loss or property damage of any kind, save where this is the result of negligence of the hotel or its authorised employees in the context of their work schedule or legitimate duties.
7.3. Guests are responsible for their own safety.
8. Check-in Time
8.1. Check-in time is 14:00 on the day of your reservation and check-out time is by 12:00 noon on the day of your departure.
9. Smoking
9.1. Smoking is prohibited in all of the hotel’s facilities.
10. Damages caused by Guests
10.1. In case any malevolent, intentional or negligent damage is caused to your room or any other damage is caused to our property, we will charge the credit/debit card you have registered online with the value of the damage caused to our installations - as long as it is quantifiable, including any loss arising from the hotel's suspended operation. In case your card has an insufficient balance, Hotel Du Lac Congress Center & Spa will refer the matter to the competent Courts without undue delay.
11. Alcohol
11.1. Guests are not allowed to bring wine, beer or other alcoholic beverages into the hotel for the purpose of consuming them on the premises.
12. Conduct
12.1. Hotel Du Lac Congress Center & Spa reserves the right to deny access to, or to have any person(s) removed from, its premises, it their presence is intolerable or howsoever prevents the performance of our services.
13. Health & Safety
13.1. The Hotel is subject to local regulations, including fire safety regulations. All guests and customers must read and familiarise themselves with the fire safety /health and safety rules applicable on the Hotel’s premises, including in their rooms.
14. Intellectual Property Rights - Trademarks
14.1. All content displayed on this Website is the intellectual property of Hotel Du Lac Congress Center & Spa. You can download and/or use the content displayed on this web page for your own personal use and for non-business purposes. Any copying, reproduction, publication, distribution, downloading, modification, alteration, re-use, re-publication or other use of the content displayed on this website, in any form, is prohibited for any other purpose, save under the explicit consent of Hotel Du Lac Congress Center & Spa.
14.2. All trademarks used on this Website, whether registered or not, belong to Hotel Du Lac Congress Center & Spa. The Hotel makes all reasonable efforts to ensure that all material displayed on this website is accurate and complete.
15. Data Protection

For reasons of compliance with the applicable data protection regulations, it is important that you read and accept our data protection policy before providing us with any data. Your failure to do so would constitute a breach of these terms.
15.2. If you wish to gain access to, or submit any request in relation to, your personal data which is kept at our record, please submit a written request bearing the data subject’s signature or that of his/her legal representative at info@hoteldulac.gr. The data processor is bound to address your request within 30 days from receipt. The data processor is under no obligation to address any requests which are not signed or any requests signed by a person other than the data subject or his/her legal representative.
15.3. If a data subject is not happy with how his/her request was addressed for any reason, he/she may file a complaint with our Data Protection Officer by email at dpo@hoteldulac.gr or by means of a duly signed written complaint submitted in person with our authorised employees. Our Data Protection Officer is obligated to address all relevant complaints within a reasonable deadline from their receipt.
16. Amendment
16.1. Any amendment to these terms shall only generate effects and may give rise to legitimate rights if evidenced by a document bearing the Hotel’s corporate seal and signed by a duly authorised employee of the Hotel.

18. Applicable Law - Jurisdiction
18.1. This reservation is considered to have been made in Greece.
